Farm Assessment via CAP
Complete your baseline farm assessment in the Circular Agriculture Platform — entering land area, crop systems, soil data, and current practices across all six impact dimensions.
Apply & Submit Documents
Submit your application form along with the Producer License Agreement and any supporting documentation. Brands and auditors follow their own parallel application pathways.
CPI Review & Action Plan
CPI reviews your application and CAP data, then prepares a customized action plan — identifying gaps, improvement opportunities, and next steps before external audit.
Independent External Audit
A CPI-designated Independent Verification Partner conducts an on-site audit of your farm data, submits findings, and confirms the accuracy of your CAP assessment.
Certification & VCR Seal Awarded
CPI awards your Verified Circular-Regenerative™ certificate and seal. Your farm is listed in the public registry, and your QR-linked label is ready for packaging. Congratulations!
Annual Renewal
VCR™ certification renews annually — before your first harvest each year — using CAP to log only the changes that occurred that season. This lightweight renewal process ensures continuous transparency and maintains the highest level of trust in the seal across the full food value chain.
